We have decided to move our JC Forged Wheel manufacturing facility to California, USA, which comes with increased manufacturing and labour costs. However, we would still like to offer the tailored forged wheel buying experience to the masses. Hence we decided to keep our overseas manufacturing facility and launch our Forgelite brand. Forged wheels are made using 6061-T6 aluminum. There are two other common methods of making wheels. On the lower end we have Cast wheels, and Hybrid (a forged barrel with a cast wheel face) in the middle. Forged wheels have the highest stiffness-to-weight ratio, with hybrid forging being the middle ground, and cast wheels being the heaviest and weakest. Most cast and hybrid forged wheels are mass produced and come with pre-made fitments and finishes. To learn more about what makes a forged wheel different, click here.
Forgelite offers wheel sizes in Monoblock and two-piece configurations from 18”-24”, and width from 8”-13” for monoblock wheels and 8.5”-12” for two-piece wheels.
All our wheels are made of heat-treated aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum alloy to provide the best strength-to-weight ratio. It allows us to create more sophisticated designs while maintaining a higher degree of structural integrity than other materials.
We don't have a cut off date yet. But once we have enough content to work with, the price will return back to MSRP.

Forgelite wheels are made in our Chinese manufacturing facility with enhanced quality control and better product quality. Our current manufacturing facility surpassed our previous Taiwan based facility in terms of both machining precision and finish quality.
We offer an upgraded limited life-time structural warranty and one-year finish warranty because we are confident in our engineering and product quality.
JC Forged Wheels will be our high-end luxury brand. The new CS-R+ series will remain under JC Forged Wheels, and be made by our US manufacturing facility based in Los Angeles, California.
Once the order is confirmed, it takes between 5-7 weeks to build the wheels. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

We take a 50% deposit to start engineering and production, the remaining 50% is to be paid before we ship out your wheels. We take all major credit cards and bank transfers. We can process payment in both Canadian and US dollars.
We offer payment plans via PayBright when buying at regular prices. Payment plan option is available to Canadian residents only.
The wheels will be shipped directly from our manufacturer via international courier such as UPS, FedEx or DHL to reduce lead time. We will take care of the duties & taxes so there will be no extra charges to you.
